Please note: screen colours may differ from the actual paint colours depending on screen settings. The incidence of light can also largely determine a colour on the wall and the atmosphere in the room.
TIP! With the wall coating processing package you can get started right away. This package contains all the necessary materials to apply LAB Wall Coating. Now for a greatly reduced rate !
LAB Wall Coating is a transparent wall finish for intensively used walls , such as kitchens, toilets, walls at entrances or staircases to keep them perfectly clean and for optimum protection.
Attention! Do you want to apply LAB Wall Coating to a dark wall? To prevent a white haze on your wall, you should paint the bottom layer with LAB Wall Paint in a LAB COLOUR, so that we can colour the coating in the relevant shade.
Please note the colour name and/or colour number of the desired shade of LAB Wallpaint for the undercoat under 'note and/or colour choice' in your shopping cart.
Are you unsure whether your current wall colour is dark? Then note the colour name or colour number in the 'note and/or colour choice' in the shopping cart. We will then check whether the coating needs to be coloured.
CHOOSE A COLOR?
Is the wall not painted yet or are you ready for a new colour? Order the LAB Colourcard , a largeLAB Colour sample or the LAB Colour Fan .
LAB Wall Coating Transparent consists of a 2-component system. This makes the product extremely strong, scrub-, wear- and scratch-resistant and moisture-resistant . The wall coating is water-based , does not yellow and dries quickly (approximately 3 hours) after application to the wall.
No more problems with dirty joints and easy to apply. Available in matt, semi-gloss and gloss and comes with a free mixing cup.
Application
First paint your wall in a colour of your choice with LAB Wallpaint and then coat the wall (2 layers) with LAB Wallcoating Transparent. Apply the coating with a coating roller and/or brush . Consumption approx. 14 m² per litre.

How do you calculate the required amount of LAB Wall Coating Transparent?
Measure the height and length of the surface you are going to coat. Multiply this by each other and then divide it by 14. Now you know how many liters you need for 1 layer of coating. However, we always recommend coating the surface twice for optimal protection.
For example: for a surface of 7 mx 4 m (28 m² : 14 = 2) you need 2 liters of coating for 1 layer. Or for 2 layers 4 liters of coating is sufficient.
NB!
- Always use a new set of rollers, trays and brushes for applying the second layer of coating, as these will also harden as the coating hardens. 2 sets are required. For example, use the wall coating processing package.
- After 7 days, the LAB Wall Coating has hardened and can be easily cleaned.
- Clean LAB Wall Coating with neutral household cleaning agents.
- Treated and untreated surfaces are visible. We advise to use a physical barrier (such as wall cabinets or a skirting board) as a transition. If this is not possible, it is advisable to treat the entire wall.
- Do not mix more than you need for one layer or that you can process within two hours. After mixing the components, the coating hardens and cannot be used a second time.
