Tape and covering material

TAPE AND COVERING MATERIAL FOR PAINTING

No matter how meticulous you are and how many meters you have already painted, a paint splatter or a slippage is easily made. Therefore, always make sure that you cover the floor and furniture with masking foil or plaster runner before you start painting. You secure the foil or plaster runner with special tape. In addition, first use masking tape to cover everything that does not need to be painted. A time-consuming job, but one that you should not skip.

DIFFERENT TYPES OF MASKING TAPE

LAB has different types of masking tape for masking your walls, ceilings, window frames and other places that should not be painted. For example, there is purple tape that is suitable for masking sensitive surfaces, such as a freshly plastered or painted wall. In addition, there is LAB tape gold and this professional tape allows for sharp lines for the perfect end result.

Both tapes have an exceptionally low adhesive strength, but a good adhesion due to a special adhesive layer. This ensures that the tape sticks well but will not damage the wall or your paintwork.
