Just four years after graduating from London's Royal College of Art with a master's degree in textiles, Kit Miles is a rising star in the world of interior design. What is interesting about Miles' work is his ability to use the natural/angular visual tension to create a sense of ambiguity that allows the designs to be vibrant and tell a story. Kit Miles: "I like to bring 'opposites' together in a new way - for example strength and vulnerability - and to play with size so that two seemingly opposite elements can be combined in a way that hasn't been done before, " he says. “Because I draw all the images by hand, I can be very flexible and respond quickly to a client's unique needs.” Most projects involve rescaling a design or specifying different colors.
