Farrow & Ball Masonry & Plaster Stabilizing Primer
Use on interior concrete floors as a primer for Modern Eggshell and on interior and exterior walls to seal and stabilise porous, chalky and crumbly surfaces. Provides excellent adhesion. Not suitable for use on new concrete. Not suitable as a universal primer for stable masonry (whether bare or previously painted).
